- In 1998 after three years of public health screenings, Hospital discovered that many people in our community didn't know the signs and symptoms of a stroke. What's worse, given the symptoms, 32% said they would "wait to get better" and only 9% of the people said they would seek medical care.

Hospital is kicking off a community-wide campaign called "Strike Back at Stroke" to raise awareness about stroke prevention and stroke warning signs. You can join in the cause by scheduling a stroke speaker for your organization, business, school, or group.
