-According to local and national statistics, four out of five care seats are used incorrectly. That's why Monroe County SAFEKIDS Chapter, Hospital, the AID Association for Lutherans, and Curry Buick are sponsoring a free car seat inspection clinic on Saturday October 7 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Curry Buick on Buick Cadillac Blvd. Trained care seat technicians will be on hand to check for proper installation and usage. Call Hospital's Community Health Education department M-F, 8 - 5, 353-9300 to schedule appointments. Unscheduled car seat inspections will be done, as time permits. Please bring the car seat, the child that rides in the car seat, and the car seat manual.
